Purchasing & Shipping Policy
By placing an order and processing your payment through the website for your clothes mossavenueclothing.com.au, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.
All orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Sale periods may impact this time due to high volumes.
Orders placed after 11am AEST will be shipped the following business day
We do not have any control of Australia Post delivery timeframes.
It is the customers responsibility to email us and advise if an order has not been received. We will do a full investigation and if required send out a replacement item or if preferred issue a refund
Return & Exchange Policy
Here at Moss Avenue Clothing we understand that sometimes your purchased product may not be perfect for you. Buying clothes online can be hard.
We are happy to offer a refund on all full price items within 14 days of purchase, less postage.
We aim to refund you within 48 hours of us receiving your item. Please also ensure that item has all tags still on and still in original packaging and in the same condition it was received.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
We aim to have our stock levels in the system correct at all times, however there is a possibility that an error might occur. If this does happen, we will contact you within 2 days of you placing your order to discuss if we can obtain further stock of your order or arrange a refund.
We also do our very best to quality control all the garments before shipping out to our customers, so you should not receive faulty items. However, in the unlikely event that you receive the incorrect order or faulty items, please contact us ASAP and we will send you a prepaid satchel to return items to us and also send you correct/non faulty items.
